Our policy is simple,

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase of any photo art print and choose to return it, The Print Room will issue a refund or a credit against another purchase.
The purchaser must contact the The Print Room within 14 days of the intent to return or exchange the photo art print and receive return authorization and instructions.
The print must be returned to the The Print Room within 30 days of its original ship date.

This money back guarantee requires that the Photo Art print are returned in its original packaging and condition.
The Print Room reserves the right to return without refund any print that is damaged or to reduce the refund to compensate for the damage. If The Print Room decides to take this action, we will contact the purchaser to discuss the options.

If the goods are damaged upon receipt, the purchaser should contact The Print Room within 3 days. The Print Room will arrange for and bear the cost of inspection and return shipment of the damaged print.
